Qual o valor da entrada?

Pagamento de 20.000€ (vinte mil euros) a título de direito de entrada para utilização da marca, formação e apoio à abertura do negócio.

Qual o investimento mínimo para iniciar o projeto?

O valor de investimento é variável, uma vez que está dependente de vários fatores objetivos, como a zona de inserção e dimensão da loja, no entanto, poder-se-á dizer que a abertura de uma loja deverá considerar um investimento inicial na ordem dos € 100.000, valor de referência. Devendo o franchisado ter disponível 50% desse valor, no momento da outorga do contrato de franchising, e o remanescente até 60 dias a contar dessa data.

Qual o valor dos royalties mensal?

A contrapartida devida pela utilização dos direitos da marca e integração na rede de franchising é de 5% sobre a faturação mensal (líquida). Subsidiariamente, o franquiado compromete-se a pagar o valor correspondente a 2% da faturação mensal (líquida), para suporte dos serviços de assistência em publicidade e marketing – promoção de campanhas publicitárias a nível global e/ou confinadas à unidade de negócio e apoio à inserção e domínio da zona de atividade.

Qual o tamanho minimo da loja?

O tamanho mínimo de uma loja deverá estar compreendido entre os 100 e 150 m2.

Posso escolher a zona de integração?

A zona de implementação será analisada objetivamente de acordo com a estratégia da marca, e terá de respeitar os franchisings existentes, de forma a não sobrepor outros estabelecimentos comerciais.

Qual o prazo do contrato de franchising

O contrato de franchising tem o prazo de 5 anos, renovável por períodos iguais.

Como é realizada a formalização do negócio?

A formalização do negócio será realizada através da celebração de contrato de Franchising.
